Discover Our New European Division
ti has dominated the electronic provision of full-text technical information to the UK construction, aerospace and engineering industries since 1986. In 1995 we set up a new division to focus on the European market and to broaden our information coverage. The new products – all part of the European Regulatory Library – have a base of EU material taken from the Celex database ( ti is a licence holder) but bring together all the regulations, national legislation and European Standards in full text for each industry.
The first product – Healthcare (Pharmaceuticals) – contains the full text of the relevant EU and UK legislation, CPMP Guidelines, the complete European Pharmacopoeia and supporting material from the UK MCA.
Our second product – Healthcare (Devices & Diagnostics) – comprises over 650 British and European standards with supporting EU and UK legislation and material from the UK MDA. Both products are produced in association with the British Association of Regulatory Affairs/European Society of Regulatory Affairs.
Our third product – Food & Drink – was released last Summer and provides comprehensive coverage of the regulations governing this important sector. Our fourth product, European Law, was launched at the Online Show and comprises the complete Celex database (reworked into a more user-friendly format) as well as supporting material from Spicers and the DTI. A comprehensive roll-out plan is scheduled to the end of 1998.
All product content is in English at launch, followed by French and German interfaces and subsequently by French and German content.
All EuroReg products are currently delivered on CD-ROM using the FolioViews retrieval engine.
All UK sales and support is provided by Technical Indexes, with non-UK sales and support provided by the respective IHS Agent.
