The RIBA.ti Construction Information Service is produced jointly with RIBA Companies Ltd especially for architects, civil and structural engineers, building control officers, building services engineers and other professionals in the construction industry.


Since the service was launched over five years ago, more than 3,000 key users have already come to rely on rapid access to the information they require. It is proven in use at many networked locations as well as on stand alone personal computers. No other information service has a comparable track record.


Finding the information you need is simple. You can search by document number, document title, series, subject, or issuing body.


The introduction of abstracts means that the searching capacity has greatly increased, while also allowing you to view a summary of the document before accessing it. The image you see has been produced by scanning original source material, ensuring that the information you see is 100% accurate. The advanced image viewer allows you to manipulate and enhance the document, and full Windows functionality means that you can cut and paste into other applications (copyright permitting).

The service can be delivered ONLINE or on CD-ROM, subscription includes regular updates, technical support and access to Technical Indexes helplines.

The RIBA.ti Construction Information Service can be supplied only to members of the British Standards Institution or to subscribers who become members within one year of delivery.

The RIBA.ti Construction Information Service can also be used in conjunction with NBS’s Specification Manager.
