The RIAI Construction Information Service is produced on behalf of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) by RIBA Companies Ltd and Technical Indexes Ltd.

It provides architects, contractors, consultants and other construction industry professionals with a collection of essential technical information.

The service contains full texts of :

• Irish and British Standards and Codes of Practice cited in the Building Regulations 1997, including both the edition cited and more recent editions where applicable.

• A selection of other Irish Standards and Codes

• A selection of legislation covering all aspects of the design process

• Guidance material from sources such as Irish Agrèment Board, RIAI, Building Research Establishment, Fire Protection Association, Institution of Structural Engineers and the Royal Institute of British Architects, including documents cited in the Building Regulations 1997
